Maple Ginger Salmon
This is the most delicious combination of flavours that works perfectly drizzled over salmon or used as a stir-fry sauce!
Super simple and takes no time at all to fix up! You can make it ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until needed.
I used Wabanaki Maple Syrup and it made this sauce especially delicious!
Maple Ginger Sauce Recipe
1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbs sesame oil
2 tsp finely grated ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1tsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder (to thicken - leave out until using if storing in the fridge before hand)
Add 1/4 cup water to make more of a stir-fry sauce - leave out if its just a glaze.
