Kale Waffle Chicken Sliders
This dish is all about the summer vibes. The savoury waffles add a perfect bit of crunch and coupled with super fresh toppings and this sweet maple aioli, its perfect for a summer afternoon. This dish is best when shared, enjoy with friends and family along with a beverage of your choice.....but these do go great with a fresh poured pint!

1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1/4 cup avcado oil
2 eggs
1 green onion
3 handfuls of kale (stems removed)
4 basil leaves
Maple Aioli
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbs maple syrup
Dash of paprika and garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Sandwich filling
Shredded chicken
Bacon
Spinach
Caramelizes onions
Tomato
How to make the waffles-> In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients. Emulsify the milk, avocado oil, green onion, kale and basil in a food processor or blender, adding the eggs in at the end. Once blended add to the dry ingredients. Grease waffle iron with non stick spray. Cook until golden brown!
