Guilt free Banana Bread
Come on, who doesn't love a fresh baked loaf of banana bread? They are so easy to make and are perfect for any time of day! Banana Bread is so easy to modify to your own preference depending on what you like to have inside. Here one of my favourite banana bread recipes that is both delicious and guilt free! This recipe makes one loaf.
• 3 large ripe bananas
•1/2 cup coconut oil
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/2 cup palm sugar
•1 3/4 cup kodiak cake mix (oat flour or your choice of flour)
•1 tsp baking soda
•1 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp salt
•dash of cinnamon
•1/2 crushed pecans (optional)
•3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F/ Bake for 60 minutes.
Combine the following ingredients with an electric mixer: coconut oil, palm sugar, vanilla and bananas, adding eggs in one at a time. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture stirring only to moisten.
