Fresh Basil Vinaigrette

Here is my go-to homemade vinaigrette recipe. It makes a beautiful bright green colour and is so flavourful. It's quick and easy to make and beats store-bought dressings and no preservatives!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons avocado oil (or any light tasting oil)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons basil paste or fresh basil minced
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
Emulsify all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Taste and adjust as necessary. If it is too acidic add more avocado oil to balance it out or add more honey for sweetness.
Notes
* I will often double the ingredients for leftovers. Store in an air tight container or jar in the refrigerator.
* Works well with spring greens, bell peppers, tomatoes and cucumber!
