Cake Mix Oreo Cookies

Preheat oven to 325°F and bake for 10 minutes

Cookies:

2 boxes of chocolate devils food cake mix

4 eggs

1 cup avocado oil

Cream cheese icing:

2 tbs unsalted butter, softened

1 brick of cream cheese

Roughly 3 cups of icing sugar (add more or less for a thick and smooth consistency)

Mix cake mix, eggs and oil with an electric mixer. Using a teaspoon form 2 inch cookie dough balls. Bake for 10 minutes. Let them sit for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Beat butter and cream cheese then start adding in icing sugar and beat until smooth and thicken with more icing sugar if needed.

Frost the bottom side of the cookie and sandwich together.
