Beef Tacos
Looking for a quick and easy dinner? because tacos couldn't be easier! All you need to do is cook your main protein, prepare a few toppings and throw it all together on a tortilla! You can also eliminate the tortilla shells for a simple taco salad.

Ingredients
3 lbs lean ground beef
½ cup of water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup basmati rice, cooked
Soft Tortilla shells
1package of taco seasoning
Or make your own taco seasoning:
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Toppings
Shredded cheddar cheese
Diced tomatoes (seeds and guts removed)
Finely chopped romaine lettuce
Sliced avocado
Salsa
Hot sauce (Highly Recommend Cholula)
Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
Freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high then add the ground beef, breaking up with a spoon. Once it begins to brown but not fully cooked, drain any excess liquid. Return back to heat, stirring in taco seasoning package or spices. Add ½ cup of water and bring to a simmer then reduce heat until thickened.
Cook rice in pot over the stove or rice cooker.
Fill the tacos with ground beef, rice, and desired toppings.
